EDUCATOR. COACH. THERAPIST. CONSULTANT

Stephanie DeSouza

I am an executive function coach, consultant, and educator specializing in neuro-inclusive and best practices for all neurotypes. I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to build awareness, leverage strengths, and create environments where everyone can thrive.

With a background in mental health, my coaching is informed by years of clinical experience, allowing me to bring depth, nuance, and practical insight to both individual and organizational work.

My coaching is collaborative and goal-oriented.

My coaching is collaborative and goal-oriented, offering guidance and accountability to help clients move toward meaningful outcomes. Our work centers on reducing disruption and building balanced, sustainable ways of living and working.

No formal diagnosis is required. We focus on understanding challenges and developing practical, solution-oriented strategies.

My Experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and am licensed to provide psychotherapy in the state of Georgia, with two decades of experience supporting individuals and families across clinical, educational, and community-based settings.

Throughout my career, I have led and contributed to programs grounded in inclusiveness  and serving as a thought partner to leaders and teams building supportive environments.

Currently, I am solely focused on executive function coaching with specialized training in ADHD and autism. I hold certification in neurodiverse couples coaching—expertise that informs my collaborative, neuro-affirming coaching work today.
