NEURODIVERSE COACHING & THERAPY

Both NEURODIVERSE COACHING AND THERAPY support individuals who think and process information differently.

This work EMBRACES THE UNIQUE PERSPECTIVES OF DIVERGENT THINKERS and explores specific ways to navigate daily interactions and activities.

Our partnership will focus on uncovering strengths and identifying challenges while creating skills and feelings that will enhance and promote overall well-being.

Is Coaching or Therapy Right for Me?

THERAPY

Neurodiverse-affirming therapy recognizes that environmental and societal norms amplify the difficulties faced by neurodivergent individuals. Neurodiverse therapy is about shedding light on divergent thinking, helping individuals thrive in their unique cognitive and emotional perspectives while empowering growth, understanding, and deeper connection.

COACHING

Neurodiverse coaching empowers individuals who think and process information differently by leveraging their strengths to set and achieve goals while navigating unique challenges. Coaching is a focused approach that identifies frustrating patterns of behaviors and develops strategies to simplify routines and reduce stress in managing daily tasks and interactions.

We have been so lucky to have Stephanie as a group leader for parent support groups and for adult women. at the Emory Austin Center's myLIFE program. Stephanie is a thoughtful and highly skilled professional, but perhaps more importantly her warmth and guiding passion for the people she works with is unmatched. She couples her knowledge of creativity with a strong rapport so that her clients are able to show up authentically as they work towards their goals. We are grateful for her involvement at Emory and to be able to collaborate with her in the community.
